2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the subscription package or credit pack the buyer purchases electronically.
3. Service and price
The limits each package includes (number of clients, connected channels, team seats, monthly credits) and the credit amount of each credit pack are shown on the purchase screen.
List prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT. Payment is taken in Turkish lira: the list price is converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye USD selling rate of the payment day. VAT is added for buyers in Türkiye; for buyers outside Türkiye the invoice is issued with 0% VAT under the VAT exemption. The rate, the Turkish lira amount, VAT and the total payable are shown before the payment is confirmed; this total is charged to your card and the invoice is issued in Turkish lira.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. The seller does not see card details and they never reach the seller's servers. If you choose to save your card during payment, the card is stored by iyzico; the seller keeps only the card key issued by iyzico (not the card number), encrypted.
Paid subscriptions renew on the billing period you choose: every month with monthly billing, every year with annual billing. The annual price equals ten monthly fees; with annual billing credits are still added every month. At the end of each billing period the fee for that period (in Turkish lira at that day's CBRT rate, VAT included) is charged to your saved card and the new period starts once the payment is taken; you are reminded by email seven days before an annual renewal. If you have no saved card, you make the payment yourself on the My plan page. If the payment cannot be taken, new content generation stops and the charge is retried on days 1, 2, 5 and 8, then once a week. If no payment is taken within 60 days of the first failed attempt, the subscription moves to the free plan; purchased credits are not deleted. Switching from monthly to annual billing takes effect at the end of the current period; switching from annual to monthly billing and cancellation take effect at the end of the year, and the remaining months of an annual term are not refunded. On the My plan page you can pay with another card or switch to the free plan at any time.
5. Performance and delivery
The service is applied to your account immediately once the payment is approved and is performed electronically; details are in the Delivery and Refund Policy.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed electronically at once or intangible goods delivered immediately. The buyer accepts that they consent to immediate performance at the purchase step.
7. General terms
The Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Delivery and Refund Policy form an integral part of this agreement. Credits and subscription periods are subject to the rules described in those documents.
8. Dispute resolution
Buyers who are consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee of their place of residence or of the place of the transaction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits. For other disputes the governing law clause of the Terms of Use applies.
9. Entry into force
This agreement takes effect when the buyer gives electronic consent at the purchase step. The current version is always published at this address.
